CriarMeuLink

Terms of use

By creating a link or an account on CriarMeuLink you agree to these rules. They are short on purpose.

1. The service

CriarMeuLink creates short links and QR codes that lead to a contact: a WhatsApp or Telegram chat, a phone call, an SMS or an email. Creating links is free, with or without an account. With an account you can also edit, pause and delete links and see click reports.

2. What is not allowed

Do not use CriarMeuLink to:

  • send spam or bulk messages to people who did not ask for them;
  • run scams, impersonate another person or company, or ask for bank details, passwords or verification codes (phishing);
  • share illegal content, hate speech, harassment or material that exploits minors;
  • point to someone else's number, profile or address without their permission;
  • try to overload, break into or get around the limits of the service.

We may disable any link or account that breaks these terms, with or without notice, especially in cases of fraud. A disabled link shows a "link unavailable" page to people who click it. If you think we made a mistake, write to [email protected].

To report a link used for fraud, send the full address to the same email.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Links created without an account are tied only to the browser they were created in and cannot be edited.

5. Liability

CriarMeuLink is provided free of charge, as is. We work to keep links working at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for the conversations, calls or deals that happen after a click, or for how WhatsApp, Telegram, carriers or email programs work.

6. Privacy

What we collect and why is in the privacy policy. In short: when someone clicks a link, we do not store their IP address or identify who clicked.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Account holders are notified of important changes by email at least 15 days in advance. The date of the last update is at the end of this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet) and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
